Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise noted, we will ship USPS priority mail. Generally, in stock orders will be shipped within one business day. Tracking and insurance is available depending on which shipping option(s) you choose during check-out.

We will do our best to ensure your order’s safe delivery, but Ankrom Exotics cannot be responsible for items once they are handed over to the USPS.

 
Returns

We strive to accurately depict our products. However, many of them are handmade or nature made. Some variations will occur. All of our items are inspected before they are shipped. If for some reason what you receive it is not what you expect, contact us via email within seven days for a return authorization. Items must be in their original condition, and in most cases a refund will be issued. Special/Custom orders will only be accepted for refund/exchange if defective in craftsmanship or materials.
